This policy covers the ZESS website at zeusenergy.com.au and inquiries submitted through its contact form. ZESS’s headquarters and R&D centre are located in Taiwan and operate under Yu Da Cang Co., Ltd. References to “we”, “our” and “us” refer to ZESS in connection with this website and its inquiry service.

For questions about this policy or your personal information, contact service@zeusmeenergy.com. Product software, customer accounts and separately contracted services may have their own privacy terms.

Information you share

When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, company, work email, inquiry type, product interest and project details. You can also provide a phone number, country or region, project location, estimated site capacity and target deployment date.

Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to submit the form and help us assess your request. You can contact us directly by email instead. Please share only information relevant to your inquiry and avoid including sensitive personal information or information about other people that you are not authorised to share.

How we use information

• Respond to your inquiry and understand the project or product information you need
• Arrange relevant technical or commercial follow-up
• Maintain correspondence and records associated with your request
• Operate, protect and improve the website and its inquiry service

Submitting the inquiry form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We may also handle information where required to meet legal obligations or address misuse of the website.

Providers and locations

Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. Resend delivers form submissions to our business email inbox. These providers and our email service process the information needed to provide their services.

Inquiries may be processed by authorised personnel at ZESS’s headquarters in Taiwan, operating under Yu Da Cang Co., Ltd. Our service providers operate internationally, and information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. If a project needs the involvement of another organisation, we will discuss the relevant handover with you.

Website data and analytics

When you visit, our hosting and security services process technical request information such as IP address, requested page, browser information and request time. This supports delivery of the website, security and troubleshooting.

Where enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand page views, referring websites, approximate visitor countries and page performance. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies or local storage, or fingerprint individual visitors. It is separate from the personal information you submit in an inquiry.

Cookies and your browser

The website application does not set advertising cookies or include advertising pixels. Cloudflare security features may set cookies to protect the website and manage traffic, depending on which features are enabled.

Retention and security

Inquiry correspondence is held in our business email systems. We retain information for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, manage the resulting business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.

The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us before sending highly confidential project information.

Your choices and requests

You can ask about the information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing service@zeusmeenergy.com. Tell us enough about your request to locate the relevant correspondence without sending unnecessary personal documents.

We may need to verify your identity and will assess the request under applicable law, including any requirements to retain particular records. We will explain our response and any available next steps. You may also raise a complaint with the privacy regulator relevant to your location; Australian privacy information is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
